1. Exchange Period

We accept exchange requests within 7 days of delivery.

Exchanges are only available for:

  • Defective or damaged items
  • Wrong items received

2. Report Within 24 Hours

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you must contact AYZL within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos/videos of the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

Our team will review your request and guide you through the exchange process.

3. Items Not Eligible for Exchange

Items will not be eligible for exchange if they have been:

  • Worn or used
  • Washed or laundered
  • Altered or damaged after delivery
  • Returned without the original packaging or tags
  • Submitted after the applicable exchange period

For hygiene reasons, used or washed nightwear cannot be exchanged.

4. No Refunds

AYZL does not offer refunds.

If your exchange request is approved, we will arrange an exchange for the eligible item, subject to availability.

5. Exchange Shipping

For an approved exchange due to a defective or wrong item, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.

AYZL will provide further instructions once the exchange request has been reviewed and approved.

6. Exchange Approval

All exchange requests are subject to inspection and approval by AYZL.

If the item does not meet the conditions mentioned in this policy, the exchange request may be declined.

7. Important Note

Please check your order carefully immediately after delivery. Any issue with a defective, damaged, or wrong item must be reported to AYZL within 24 hours of receiving the order.
